Ron Fincher

Executive Chairman, Neuropsychiatric Hospitals

Ron Fincher serves as Executive Chairman of the Board for Neuropsychiatric Hospitals. Mr. Fincher is a veteran healthcare services executive who has spent over 35 years in leadership roles at behavioral health businesses.  

Mr. Fincher most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Acadia Healthcare, a publicly traded company and the leading pure-play behavioral health provider in the United States. While at Acadia, Mr. Fincher oversaw the business's growth from six psychiatric and behavioral health facilities in 2011 to 595 facilities at the time of his departure in 2019.

Previously, Mr. Fincher served as Psychiatric Solution’s Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw hospital operations for 95 facilities. Prior to joining Psychiatric Solutions, Mr. Fincher served as a Regional Vice President of Universal Health Services, Inc.
