Enhanced Healthcare Partners and Bourne Partners Strategic Capital Sells PAI Pharma

SANTA MONICA, CA (February 24, 2025) — Enhanced Healthcare Partners (“EHP”) and Bourne Partners Strategic Capital (“BPSC”), two leading healthcare-focused private equity firms, are pleased to announce the successful sale of their platform investment, PAI Pharma (“PAI” and the “Company”), through the sale of the business to Olympus Partners.

PAI, the leading developer, manufacturer, and distributor of generic oral liquids in both ready-to-dose (“RTD”) cups and bottles in the U.S., offers the broadest portfolio of generic liquid medicines in the industry meeting the unique needs of retail chains, independent pharmacies, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and government agencies. Over the past five years, the Company has deeply invested in facility expansion, infrastructure, automation, and quality to support the Company's growth. PAI is headquartered in Parsippany, NJ, and operates from two large campuses in Greenville, SC.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Bourne Partners acted as financial advisors to PAI on the sale.
