NextCare Holdings, Inc. Acquires Northside Medical Clinic of Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. – (November 24, 2015) – NextCare Holdings, Inc. – the nation’s leading privately held provider of urgent care medicine and occupational health services – announces the acquisition of Northside Medical Clinic in Yuma. The acquisition of this clinic has secured NextCare’s standing as the largest urgent care and occupational health provider throughout the state of Arizona, with a total of 36 clinics.

The clinic will begin serving patients December 1 and is located at 1394 W. 16th St., Yuma, AZ 85364.

Location hours will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday (closed on Sunday). The facility will accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, United, and Tricare.
