Mike Snow

Mike Snow serves on the Board of Eventus WholeHealth. Mr. Snow is the President of Overton Advisory Group providing strategic and operational services to early-stage healthcare companies and diligence support to private equity firms. Previously, Mr. Snow was President and CEO of TeamHealth, a publicly traded company and one of the largest providers of outsourced physician staffing solutions in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, anesthesia, urgent care and pediatric staffing for hospitals in the United States. Mr. Snow has held numerous executive-level positions in healthcare including President of HCA, Inc.’s Gulf Coast Division, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of HealthSouth Corporation, President and Chief Executive Officer of Surgical Care Affiliates, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wellmont Health System, and Chief Operating Officer of Amedisys, Inc.

Mr. Snow received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and MBA from Troy University. He was conferred and an honorary doctorate from the University of Alabama Business School in 2013 and continues to be active in support of the institution.
