Jean Rush

Board Member of Eventus WholeHealth

Jean Rush serves on the Board of Eventus WholeHealth (where she serves on the Audit Committee and Chairs the Compliance Committee). Ms. Rush is an experienced CEO and Director with extensive experience in dramatically increasing business, profit, and market share growth for several companies. Her expertise encompasses government, commercial, and international healthcare. She was the Executive Vice President of Government Markets at Highmark. Prior to joining Highmark, Ms. Rush was Senior Vice President of Complex Care for Centene Corporation and Senior Vice President of Health Plan Operations for Centene. Ms. Rush has served as the CEO and Plan President of Kentucky Spirit ( a start-up health plan), and as the President of CIGNA Government Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of CIGNA. 

Ms. Rush earned her BA from Boston College and her MBA from the University of Connecticut.  She has earned the CERT Certificate in Cyber-Security Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University. Ms. Rush currently serves on the Board of Directors for Addus (Nasdaq: ADUS), including both the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board, Women Business Leaders in the US Healthcare Industry (where she serves on the Compensation Committee), Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care (where she serves on the Audit Committee and Chairs the Compliance Committee) and HomeFree Pharmacy Services. In addition, Ms. Rush is on the Advisory Boards for Aarete and The Hangout Spot, two privately owned companies in the healthcare space. She is a member of both NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) and WCD (Women Corporate Directors).
