Bill Caswell serves on the Board of Synergy Health Partners. Mr. Caswell is a seasoned healthcare executive with unique experience in the core segments of provider, hospital/health system and payer space. With financial, operations and strategic expertise, his knowledge spans the full healthcare continuum (retail, virtual, ambulatory, primary/specialty care, acute and post-acute). Mr. Caswell has served as the Kaiser Permanente SVP/ Chief Operating Officer (Southern California), and interim KP President/CEO (Hawaii). Several leading Private Equity firms have engaged him to bring critical thinking in several forums: (a) Strategic Plans (themes & swim lanes), (b) evaluate potential new investments (e.g. multi-site ambulatory venture, ethnic health-plan start-up, Rx/PRM consolidation, SNF/Palliative care value-based strategy) and (c) evaluation of operating efficacy within their portfolio companies.
