Becky L Kahn serves on the Board of Synergy Health Partners. Ms. Kahn has worked in the healthcare industry for over 36 years. Previously, Ms. Kahn was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association. She served as the CEO of Republic Health Resources, a mid-size healthcare staffing firm. She began her career with AMN Healthcare where she held several executive level positions including responsibility for the management and oversight of AMN Healthcare's Travel Nurse Client sales and services and local staffing divisions, as well as the account management of AMN's managed services and workforce solutions product offering, and technology divisions. While at AMN she launched AMN’s Managed Services solution. Ms. Kahn was the Managing Director of the UK operations of Medacs Global Group. She also held roles as Vice President, Client Solutions, and Chief Client Officer responsible for sales and account management for Trusted Marketplace and Works technology solution at Trusted Health. At Trusted she helped build their Account Management and direct staffing sales efforts growing Trusted presence across the US. She also led a sales team to launch their Works VMS platform to hospitals and health systems across the country.
